Can I return items if they don't fit?
  • Yes you can, just make sure they are clean, with tags attached, and in 'as new' condition. You will be required to pay for return postage costs and we will issue you with an invoice, alternatively include a PRE-PAID post bag and we can post back within Australia. If you are returning an item from outside Australia, please contact us first.(Please see Delivery & Returns section for more info.)
    Can I return Sale Items?
    • Yes you can return them for a store credit, (unless otherwise specified).
      How soon will my order be sent?
      • Orders received are usually dispatched within 2 business days, quite often the same day if received before 1pm!
        How long does delivery take?
        • Express Post usually takes 1 - 3 business days, depending on your area. Regular Post can take 2 - 7 business days, depending on your area.
          Do we have Afterpay & Zippay?
          • Yes we do, you will be able to select these payment methods at the Checkout.
            I'm from NZ, UK or US - can I order?
            • You sure can, just select the relevant shipping charge at the checkout.
            I'm from another country, other than the above, can I order?
            • Yes you can, just select 'International Shipping - Quote on Order' at the checkout, and we will be in touch with the shipping amount.

              DELIVERY: 

              • Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being received.
              • Delivery is by tracked Australia Post.
              • Express post means that the order is posted via the Australia Post Express Network. Regular Dispatch times still apply. Please check with Australia Post directly to confirm delivery times, thank you. 

               

              RETURNS:

              We only want to have happy customers so we do offer a FULL Refund or store credit, your choice. For a refund, we will credit your origional method of payment, excluding postage.

              Please inspect the goods upon delivery and within seven (7) days of delivery notify us in writing using the Seller’s ‘Returns Form’ of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description.

              The Customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the Customer must allow the Seller to inspect the Goods.

              If you are returning items to swap a size, or because they don't fit/aren't suitable, please take care to return the items, clean, with tags attached, and in 'as new' condition to receive a full refund on the purchase price of the item. Dirty or damaged items may be ineligible for a full refund. (Postage is not refundable unless goods are deemed faulty.)

              Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days. Please send via trackable mail – we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

               

              EXCHANGE

              To exchange an item for a different size or colour, or even a different item, that is ok. Please complete the form below with your details including your exchange options and return within 14 days of purchase.

              The item must be in the origional purchase condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Complete the form below and put a note in with your order saying who it is from.

              If you swap for another item and there is a difference in garment prices, we will contact you.
