Change-of-mind return handling fees: An AUD $10 handling fee per original order applies to eligible change-of-mind refunds. The $10 refund fee is waived for exchanges and store credit; an AUD $4 handling fee per original order applies instead to eligible change-of-mind exchanges or store credit. These fees cover repackaging and administration costs. Return postage and exchange shipping are separate.

No handling fee applies to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, or remedies required under Australian Consumer Law. Any new or increased fee applies only to orders placed after this wording is published on 14 October 2026. Earlier orders retain the terms in place when purchased.
