RETURNS AT A GLANCE

Change of mind returns accepted within 14 days Except Sale and Clearance Items. (conditions apply)

  • Full refunds less original shipping costs
  • If returning one item from a bundle discount, the lesser amount will be refunded
  • Original condition required: Unworn, tags attached, no odours/marks and unwashed
  • Exclusions: SALE/Clearance items and customised leg length's
  • Faulty items: Covered under Australian Consumer Law 

RETURNS:

Please complete the return form for ALL returns below.

We only want to have happy customers so we do offer a swap, refund or store credit, your choice. For a refund, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding original postage costs. If you purchase a bundle, and you return one item, then we will refund you the lesser amount less original shipping cost.

Returns are NOT available on Sale and Clearance items, unless the item is faulty.

Please inspect the goods upon delivery and within seven (7) days of delivery notify us in writing using the returns form below of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity.

If you are returning items to swap a size, or because they don't fit/aren't suitable, please take care to return the items, clean, with tags attached, and in 'as new' condition to receive a full refund on the purchase price of the item. Dirty or damaged items may be ineligible for a full refund. (Postage is not refundable unless goods are deemed faulty.)

Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days. Please send via trackable mail – we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

EXCHANGE

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, or even a different item, that is ok. Please complete the form below with your details including your exchange options and return within 14 days of purchase.

The item must be in the original purchase condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. If you swap for another item and there is a difference in garment prices, we will contact you.

Please Note: You will be required to pay for return postage costs and we will issue you with an invoice, alternatively include a PRE-PAID postal satchel and we can post back within Australia. If you are returning an item from outside Australia, please contact us first.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
