Can I return items if they don't fit?

• Yes you can, just make sure they are clean, with tags attached, and in 'as new' condition. Please see Delivery & Returns section for more info.

Can I return Clearance Items?

• Unfortunately no we cannot accept clearance items as returns as these are our last items.

How soon will my order be sent?

• Orders received are usually dispatched within 2 business days, quite often the same day if received before 1pm!

How long does delivery take?

• Express Post usually takes 1 - 3 business days, depending on your area. Regular Post can take 2 - 7 business days, depending on your area.

Do we have Afterpay & Zippay?

• Yes we do, you will be able to select these payment methods at the Checkout.

I'm from NZ, UK, US or other Country - can I order?

• You sure can, just select the relevant shipping charge at the checkout.
