*Can I return items if they don't fit? - Yes you can, just make sure they are clean, with tags attached, and in 'as new' condition. Postage to return a new item to you is usually charged at a reduced rate, or you may include your own pre-paid bag if you wish. (Please see Delivery & Returns section below for more info.)

*Can I return Sale Items? - Yes you can return them for a store credit, (unless otherwise specified).

*How soon will my order be sent? - Orders received are usually dispatched within 2 business days, quite often the same day if received before 1pm!

*How long does delivery take? - Express Post usually takes 1 - 3 business days, depending on your area. Regular Post can take 2 - 7 business days, depending on your area.

*Do we have Afterpay & Zippay? - Yes we do, you will be able to select these payment methods at the Checkout.

*I'm from NZ, UK or US - can I order? - You sure can, just select the relevant shipping charge at the checkout.

*I'm from another country, other than the above, can I order? - Yes you can, just select 'International Shipping - Quote on Order' at the checkout, and we will be in touch with the shipping amount.
