Delivery & Returns


*Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being received.

*Delivery is by tracked Australia Post.

*Express post means that the order is posted via the Australia Post Express Network, however there is NO guarantee it will be delivered the next day. Regular Dispatch times still apply. Please check with Australia Post directly to confirm delivery times, thank you. 



*Please inspect the Goods upon delivery and within seven (7) days of delivery notify us in writing using the Seller’s ‘Returns Form’ of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description.

The Customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Any notification under this clause must include proof of purchase. Upon such notification the Customer must allow the Seller to inspect the Goods.

*If you are returning items to swap a size, or because they don't fit/aren't suitable, please take care to return the items, clean, with tags attached, and in 'as new' condition to receive a full refund on the purchase price of the item. Dirty or damaged items may be ineligible for a full refund. (Postage is not refundable unless goods are deemed faulty.)

*Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days. Please send via trackable mail – we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
