Shipping

We pack and dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days — often the same day if your order comes through before 1pm AEST. From there, Express Post usually arrives in 1–3 business days, and Regular Post around 2–7, depending where you live in Australia. We ship internationally too — please note customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are payable on arrival.

Returns Made Easy

We want you to love what you ride in. If something's not quite right, here's how it works.

You have 30 days from the day your order ships to start a return through our Returns Portal — once you start the return there, we'll provide the return address.

Full-priced items

  • Within 14 days of delivery — full refund (less original shipping)
  • Between 15 and 30 days of delivery — store credit or exchange

Sale items (discounted, with a discount code, or part of a bundle)

  • Store credit or exchange only — refunds aren't available on these
  • For bundles, the return value is the lesser individual item price

Items just need to come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and folded as they arrived. No animal hair, no marks, please.

Worried You'll Change Your Mind? Add Returns Protection

At checkout, for just $5, you can add Returns Protection — and if you change your mind about anything (sizing, style, colour, whatever it is), we'll cover your return shipping back to us. It applies to full-priced and sale items, so you can shop with confidence.

Returns Protection isn't available on Clearance items, since those are final sale.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are our last-of-the-line pieces, marked down for a final farewell. These are sold as final sale — no returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please choose carefully.

If Something's Wrong With Your Order

Please check your parcel within 7 days of delivery. If anything's faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, email us at peter.williams@pwra.com.au with photos and your order number. Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law — we'll cover the return shipping and sort it with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Items We Can't Accept Back

  • Clearance Section items (final sale)
  • Customised leg lengths
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Returns Protection itself

International Orders

We can't offer exchanges on international orders, but you can return for a refund or store credit within the same 30-day window. You'll arrange and pay for return shipping. Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable as they're paid to your local authority, not us.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and include your full name and order number inside the return parcel. Submit your return through our Returns Portal within 30 days of your order being shipped.
