Can I return items if they don't fit?
- Yes you can, just make sure they are clean, with tags attached, and in 'as new' condition. Please see Delivery & Returns section for more info.
Can I return Clearance Items?
- Unfortunately no we cannot accept clearance items as returns as these are our last items.
How soon will my order be sent?
- Orders received are usually dispatched within 2 business days, quite often the same day if received before 1pm!
How long does delivery take?
- Express Post usually takes 1 - 3 business days, depending on your area. Regular Post can take 2 - 7 business days, depending on your area.
Do we have Afterpay & Zippay?
- Yes we do, you will be able to select these payment methods at the Checkout.
I'm from NZ, UK, US or other Country - can I order?
- You sure can, just select the relevant shipping charge at the checkout.
RETURNS AT A GLANCE
- Change of mind returns accepted within 14 days (conditions apply)
- Full refunds less origional shipping costs
- If returning one item from a bundle discount, the lesser amount will be refunded
- Origional condition required: Unworn, tags attached, no odors/marks and unwashed
- Exclusions: Clearance items and customised leg length's
- Faulty items: Coverred under Australian Consumer Law

We only want to have happy customers so we do offer a swap, refund or store credit, your choice. For a refund, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding origional postage costs. If you purchase a bundle, and you return one item, then we will refund you the lesser amount less origional shipping cost.
Returns are NOT available on Clearance items, unless the item is faulty.
Please inspect the goods upon delivery and within seven (7) days of delivery notify us in writing using the Seller’s ‘Returns Form’ of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity.
If you are returning items to swap a size, or because they don't fit/aren't suitable, please take care to return the items, clean, with tags attached, and in 'as new' condition to receive a full refund on the purchase price of the item. Dirty or damaged items may be ineligible for a full refund. (Postage is not refundable unless goods are deemed faulty.)
Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days. Please send via trackable mail – we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
EXCHANGE
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, or even a different item, that is ok. Please complete the form https://pwra.com.au/pages/returns with your details including your exchange options and return within 14 days of purchase.
The item must be in the original purchase condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. If you swap for another item and there is a difference in garment prices, we will contact you.
Please Note: You will be required to pay for return postage costs and we will issue you with an invoice, alternatively include a PRE-PAID post bag and we can post back within Australia. If you are returning an item from outside Australia, please contact us first.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
