No returns or exchanges can be processed unless the form below has been completed and submitted.

REFUNDS

We want to only have happy customers so we do offer a FULL Refund or store credit, your choice. (except for items in Clearance or Sale)

For a refund we will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage.

NOTE: For items on Sale, a store credit will be offered, if they are in our Clearance Section, we don't accept these as they are our last items.

The item must be returned in the original purchase condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Complete the form below and put a note in with your order saying who it is from.

EXCHANGE

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, or even a different item, that is ok. Please complete the form below with your details including your exchange options and return within 14 days of purchase.

If you swap for another item and there is a difference in garment prices, we will contact you.

Please Note: You will be required to pay for return postage costs and we will issue you with an invoice, alternatively include a PRE-PAID post bag and we can post back within Australia. If you are returning an item from outside Australia, please contact us first.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
