1.   How long have you been riding, and what disciplines do you participate in?

I’ve been riding for many years now I started riding properly when I was around 6! I have competed in lots of disciplines mainly dressage and showing but have also done endurance, jumping, Arabian racing

       2. Can you share a memorable experience or achievement from your time as a horse rider?

I have lots of memorable moments in my career but some of my top memories that come to mind is representing Australia at multiple Nations cups in Europe, winning my first Grand Prix test , my first fei test, winning champion rider at multiple royals, nationals and grand nationals and many more!

         3. What are some recent events you have participated in?

Some of the recent events I’ve competed in was mainly in Europe as I’ve been away for the last 4+ months campaigning for the Paris Olympics. I competed at a 5* nations cup, A youth nations cup, World Cup event, as well as many other 4* and 3* grand prixs!

           4. Can you tell us about your experience leading up to the trials for the Olympics?

It was a surreal experience leading into the Olympics seeing how much support I have from not only friends and family but so many people who have followed my journey over the years watching me become the rider I am today! I received endless messages and calls from so many people and it was truly amazing to know I had the backing of Australia and internationally! There was lots of preparation involved and many things I would have changed over our campaign when I look back now but it gave me an incredible experience and I’m ready for next time to take it all on again!

             5. What are your goals and aspirations in your equestrian journey?

My goals and aspirations are to continue our own stallion Kilimanjaro into the Grand Prix, I’ve had him since a young horse and he is training all Grand Prix movements now it’s just solidifying the work and putting it all together! Also another goal is to bring Kilimanjaros first foal crop in Australia through the levels in dressage, we have broken in a whole group and they are proving to be not only fancy but very trainable. Goals for the next few years would be WEG and Olympic Games !

               6. What is your must-have Peter William item and why?

I absolutely love the Cambridge Breeches they are not only elegant but they are comfortable and super well fitting and my favourite pants are the Roxby Pants when I’m around the horses or even going to town!

"I love all my Peter Williams’s riding apparel, all their pieces are super comfortable and look amazing. Everything is such high quality and always has people commenting and asking where each item is from!"
